Stories & Updates

I will add new stories and updates when I possibly can. Sometimes there are on the mind moments to share, and occasionally I run into some serious surprises.

I recently went on a work trip. At first, I was hesitant to travel since it had been a while. However, I'm glad I was invited and went. I learned a lot and developed skills I can use in my daily work.

A major focus of our training was Emotional Intelligence (EI). We participated in exercises and listened to a presentation by an expert on the topic. I'm eager to practice feedforward with someone I trust to help me improve.

With renewed determination, I will use these skills to improve the workplace for everyone I interact with, especially in my leadership role. I look forward to putting these practices into action. People with high EI can:

• Identify their feelings and how they impact their behavior

• Understand the emotions of others and how to interact with them

• Avoid impulsive decisions by thinking objectively before acting

• Operate with empathy and understanding

• Manage stress

• Collaborate with others

• Resolve conflict effectively

My mind wanders, drifting into the future. How will things look in the future? Would I be happy? Successful? Would I have found love, built a family? Or would I be alone, lost in a sea of endless possibilities?

Fear gnaws at my heart. The future is a vast, unknown territory, filled with endless potential and terrifying uncertainty. One always thinks thoughts about the choices they had made, the paths they had taken, and wondered if they had chosen wisely.

With renewed determination, I will sit down with my teacup, each day is anew. I will not let fear dictate my destiny. I will embrace the unknown, step into the future with courage, and create a life that is my own. I know what I have done so far has taken me into a better spot. I will be better. I wish the same for you all too.

Finally! The biggest reason, a spot that I can call my own. I wanted to establish a somewhat online presence and showcase my experiences and passions. My website serves as a digital portfolio and a platform for self-expression. This allows me to create valuable content, such as blog posts, tutorials, or articles. I am also sure this will allow networking opportunities. I believe that building connections with others is crucial for personal and professional growth. My website helps me connect with people from around the world and expand my network.
